The making of the Aurora desk

The Aurora desk was made of sheet metal and solid oak wood. The legs were cutted out from 5 mm sheet metal. The sheets was bended in a CNC machine for the desired angles. The separated parts was welded together and were powder coated in the painter oven on 180 °C.

The 30 mm solid oak wooden table top was filleted at the bottom, got a hard and soft burnish and then handled with Biopin natural hard oil three times. Finally, the finished parts was fixed together with screws.
