Custom transmission ring design for steel winder company

The company's new barrels was not fit properly to the winder machine, so asked if is it possible to drive the new barrels with the current machine. They wind up 6-12 mm diameter steel cable to create ribs to the surface of them, and then cut to pieces for building concrete constructions. After on location survey i started the construction design and after two weeks the company was able to work with the new barrels with high efficiency.
